Director
With over 25 years of experience in the estate agency industry, I have a deep understanding of the ever-evolving property market. I’ve been an estate agent since 2000, and to put it into perspective, I started in this industry before some of my colleagues were even born!
This long-standing experience allows me to offer valuable insights and guidance in all aspects of property transactions, and I specialise in finding tailored solutions to meet my clients’ unique needs.
Outside of real estate, I am passionate about Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. I’ve been training in the sport for several years and have been teaching kids self-defence and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu for the past five years. This experience has taught me the importance of discipline, patience, and continuous learning—principles that I carry with me in both my professional and personal life.

Director
My passion for property began when my parents purchased their first investment property, refurbished it, and sold it for a profit. Witnessing that process firsthand sparked my interest in property, leading to a 12-year career specialising in prime London properties.
Over the years, I have built a vast network of developers and individual property investors, assisting them with acquisitions and expanding their portfolios. I specialise in maximising my clients’ rental yields, ensuring they achieve the highest possible returns. My drive comes from delivering exceptional results and continuing to build on Peppiatt’s reputation, with the greatest sense of accomplishment coming from client referrals.
Beyond the estate agency world, I’m a passionate Arsenal fan and enjoy playing football, staying active in the gym, networking at industry events, and appreciating art. Socialising and connecting with like-minded individuals is something I truly enjoy, both professionally and personally.
Sales Consultant
Dino Mustafa is a skilled Sales Negotiator and Lister at Charles Henry Peppiatt, with UK Propertymark qualifications that demonstrate his expertise as a competent agent. With a deep understanding of property market trends across residential, block development, and commercial sectors and the true value of properties across diverse markets, Dino is committed to providing clients with top-notch advice and guidance.
Whether it’s valuations, reporting, sales progressions, or negotiations, he ensures that each client receives personalised, strategic support to make informed decisions and achieve the best results in ever changing markets.
Accounts Administrator & Lettings Progressor
Having worked in the property industry since 1995, Chiara has acquired in-depth knowledge of property administration and management especially within residential lettings. She has an enviable range of skills and experience when liaising with Tenants and Landlords alike and has a great ability to multi-task and stay organised in a fast-paced work environment.
Her hardworking ethos and nonstop passion for property is continuously demonstrated through her work. She is dedicated and committed to providing a first-class service and is also a member of ARLA Propertymark. She has achieved various qualifications over the years to stay on top of new legislations and strives to be the best she can in her role. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family and visiting different countries. She loves to cook and experience new cuisines from all over the world.
Property Manager
Karen has been working in the lettings market in North London since 2007 – and is as enthusiastic now as when she first started. She enjoys the varied nature of the job and the different challenges each day brings. She is extremely grateful to have met so many lovely people/clients over the years.
Priding herself on good morals and honesty, her belief is that the fundamental aspect to success in Estate Agency is delivering the highest level of customer service and a genuine desire to help people. In Karens free time she loves attending live music events, cooking and holidays in the sun.
Property Manager
Libbi has been working in property management for 3 years; she enjoys that no two days are ever the same allowing her to constantly learn. Born and raised in Camden, she has a deep connection and knowledge of the area. In her spare time, she loves travelling and spending quality time with her family enjoying new experiences together.
