Who we are
When Charles Henry Peppiatt established this business in 1903 on Haverstock Hill, the world was a very different place. It was the start of the elegant but fleeting Edwardian era—an age of ink wells, gas lamps, and vibrant local communities. There were no phones, no cars to speak of, and certainly no hint of the digital revolution that lay ahead.
Over the decades, two world wars, countless economic upheavals, and the rapid march of technology have transformed the world. Yet, the principles Charles instilled in his grandson Jimmy, and that Jimmy later passed down to me, remain unchanged.
Today, Charles Henry Peppiatt is a modern business serving a fast-moving world, that continues to reflect on Jimmy’s guiding words: no matter how many properties we sell, rent, or manage, our ultimate goal is to make our clients happy.

Director
With over 25 years of experience in the estate agency industry, I have a deep understanding of the ever-evolving property market. I’ve been an estate agent since 2000, and to put it into perspective, I started in this industry before some of my colleagues were even born!
This long-standing experience allows me to offer valuable insights and guidance in all aspects of property transactions, and I specialise in finding tailored solutions to meet my clients’ unique needs.
Outside of real estate, I am passionate about Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. I’ve been training in the sport for several years and have been teaching kids self-defence and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu for the past five years. This experience has taught me the importance of discipline, patience, and continuous learning—principles that I carry with me in both my professional and personal life.

Director
My passion for property began when my parents purchased their first investment property, refurbished it, and sold it for a profit. Witnessing that process firsthand sparked my interest in property, leading to a 12-year career specialising in prime London properties.
Over the years, I have built a vast network of developers and individual property investors, assisting them with acquisitions and expanding their portfolios. I specialise in maximising my clients’ rental yields, ensuring they achieve the highest possible returns. My drive comes from delivering exceptional results and continuing to build on Peppiatt’s reputation, with the greatest sense of accomplishment coming from client referrals.
Beyond the estate agency world, I’m a passionate Arsenal fan and enjoy playing football, staying active in the gym, networking at industry events, and appreciating art. Socialising and connecting with like-minded individuals is something I truly enjoy, both professionally and personally.
