Set a short walk away from all the boutique shops, bars and independent restaurants along Junction Road and near Holloway Road is this stunning four-bedroom, mid-terrace home in the private gated development of Goddard Place, N19.

From the moment you enter into the beautiful house, you can tell this could be a home of your dreams. On the ground floor, this home has an office / bedroom as you enter and a spacious kitchen diner space complete with integrated appliances, solid wooden units and dining area. You also have French patio doors opening out into beautiful, secluded garden with a lawn. It is lusciously green and perfect for the kids to play and, of course, summer BBQs.

Going on upstairs you have the option of having a reception room on the first floor or you can have four bedrooms upstairs and the master with two built-in, double wardrobes. All bedrooms are doubles, three have built in wardrobes. You also have the benefit of two bathrooms and a ground floor WC.

'This house has been the perfect house for us, we raised our family here and was drawn to the area because of its convenience to the shops, (Archway and Tufnell Park) tube are close and Central London is within easy-reach, but most importantly excellent schools. St Joseph's and Yerbury School are both Outstanding' schools, and all the kids go together in the morning which is lovely to see.

The famous St John's Gastro-Pub is nearby, we went there regularly, plus the beautiful Parliament Hills/ Hampstead Heath and its cafes are within walking distance. The gated-residence has a little park for the children and generally Goddard Place is a nice place to get to know neighbours and generally feel part of the local community.

When we moved out, we rented the house out and had no problems in achieving a high rent. It would be sad to see this lovely house go but we have made the decision to sell it without any chain.'
